An ambition driven recruitment business with branches across the UK and Australia, Now Careers are a longstanding client of mine, and right now the UK business is at the pinnacle of change. There is a drive to become the coolest place to work, and the best at what they do, doubling the internal workforce to produce bigger and better results.
Now will target new recruits with the drive and ambition to live and breathe the complete Now lifestyle. With this desire for growth, Now required a dynamic brand image to support the ambition of a rapidly growing company.
Armed with the popular opinion that many recruitment websites look and behave the same way, Now wanted to break the mould and create a refreshing user experience.
The website acts as a shop window for the brand, showcasing an aspirational culture influenced by high end fashion brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Paul Smith, and 1960’s glamour. Imagery takes precedence, complemented by minimal amounts of copy to portray a simple but effective message.
I worked closely with the team at Now Careers Birmingham to plan the sitemap and content, before producing a range of creative concepts. The final visual direction has been carefully crafted with valuable input from key members of Now, communicating what really sets them apart as a business.
