Hudson Recruitment’s Birmingham branch required a bespoke leaflet design to promote the business and its USPs to both new and existing clients. Although a global business, the Birmingham office wanted to focus on promoting themselves within the local area, highlighting their personal ’boutique’ approach to Clients and Candidates alike.
The leaflet needed to envelop the use of a new creative approach, whilst still maintaining the current Hudson brand identity. Consideration was taken in future proofing the creative concept, to allow flexibility for roll out across future marketing materials. I also took into consideration a way of displaying different specialist sectors that could be recognised in future collateral in the form of icons, and I explored a more dynamic way of displaying roles within each sector in the form of a word cloud.
It was key that imagery should be people focused and relevant to Birmingham (specifically the Colmore Business District), the main USP’S to be promoted were empathy, expertise and approach.
